Could someone describe the procedure?

I never had a skin problem until recently. My skin is oily, and therefore I get a lot of blackheads. I recently used the moisturizer the tea tree kind, but it kind of burned my skin. But, sometimes my face can get these dry patches and it’ll flake up really badly.

Also, should I buy the ginger dandruff shampoo?

symptoms:

-depressed
-unmotivated
-unenergetic
-procrastinate
-feel like a failure
-overeat/can never stick to healthy eating habits
-low self-esteem
-constantly AND I MEAN CONSTANTLY have to look in the mirror
-pick at my face/ bite nails
-always want to cry
-my hygiene is deteriorating
-wake up in mornings feeling exhausted
-always sick with a cold, get styes, cold sores and yeast infections often
-acne/blackheads mostly on face, chest and back
-nasal/eye allergies possibly skin cuz Im ALWAYS ITCHY!
-slight headaches that are annoying b/c its almost everyday

note: I exercise regularly even though i dont have the energy for it ( I force myself to exercise) and TRY to eat healthy,I eat plenty of fruits and veggies and i enjoy them. I’ve had all sorts of blood work done and they come back fine, I havent been able to go to a physc. or doctor recently b/c i dont have insurance or the money for it. I feel very depressed and unhealthy and i want to feel better, this is really ruining my quality of life, please help!
