Theres very noticable blackheads in my ear, and It’s freaking me out….do i put the acne cream in my earlobe or just wash inside daily with a wet facecloth, what do I do, and has anybody else experienced this

ok so i ahve a few black heads and i have had them for a while, and have tred those crappy strip things and creasm and nothing works! so, i did a bit of rescher and i descovered that blackhead are caused by dirt biuld up and the enlargement of the follicle. so, my question is, does this sound like a good blackhead remover?
to open up the pores, using steamy water and drapping a towel over my head and letting the steam open up the pores. and then, using lemon and sugar to clean my face. i heard that lemon was good for your skin because it helps remove oils and build up and sugar is used for a good exfoliater. as well as lemon closes the pores, and then rinishing the cold water.
do you think this will work? and do have any suggestions that may help???
i have already tried squeezing and that dosen’t work unfortunatly besides squeezing blackhead is bad for you skin. there a few on my nose.
