H2O.
I’m not lying, it’s the simplest thing in the world, whenver I get a zit or acne or anything I just chug down two bottles of Aquafine or Dasani and it goes away by the next day, or that night, if I drink it in the morning.
answer mine?

i was breaking out too
until my aunt bought me a oil free soap. the oil free soap helps my skin not to be oily so barely pimple comes to my face now. and for black head my friend used clean n clear black head scrub and it worked on her nose.
I use Neutrogena Complete Acne Control Kit. It was about $20 and you can find it at Target, Walmart, etc. The acne control kit consists of Skin Polishing Acne Cleanser, Acne Control Lotion, and Oil-Free SPF 15 Lotion. It worked really well for me so far (except I recently ran out of it so I need to get a new kit soon!) Also, I heard that skiniD works really well too. skiniD is a product from Neutrogena that allows you to answer questions about your skin, lifestyle, and more. Based on these things, dermatologists pick out three products from the skiniD line that will work best for you. All you have to do to take the quiz is sign up for an account. You don’t have to pay anything to sign up & they only send you one e-mail that reminds you of your password and username (no spam e-mails thankfully!) here is a link to the skiniD website: http://www.skinid.com/econsumer/clearskin/index.view
I hope that either one of these products works for you!
The little black dots are blackheads aren’t they?
Firstly, drink lots of water to rehydrate skin. Take vitamins – E and B for skin and growth, after taking vitamin E for 2 weeks my skin felt and looked gorgeous
But then i stopped, and yeah…
Stop eating junk food as this makes your skin greasier and then dirtier, making it easy to clog pores and develop spots – oh yeah, and avoid touching your face! Every time you do you transfer dirt to your skin so just try and avoid it!
Wash your face twice daily – try using Clearisil deep cleansing face wash.
Use a steam inhaler daily or frequently – this cleanses the pores deep down and can make your skin look fresher. Then use a face mask – I used Mudd face mask from Boots every week – its really effective at removing the “black dots on your nose”. It goes inside your pores and gets rid of embedded dirt. Use this frequently on your T-Zone and your skin will feel soft and look clear.
Go to your doctor if you’re really bothered, they can prescribe you medicine to get rid of the spot.
