I have these black spots in my ears, what is it???

In each of my ears there are little clusters of tiny black spots. They look sort of like blackheads, but they dont stick out, they are indented if anything. Does anyont else have this problem? What is it and what do I do to get rid of it?

It’s dirt in your pores making them larger. Clean them daily with alcohol.
Sounds like blackheads. You may need help to get rid of these. Does anyone love you enough to do this for you? A professional might be expensive.
Those sound like blackheads. You can find an Esthetician in your area that can do extractions for you and remove them. They have tools and machines to do this in a safe and germ-free way, if you pop them yourself then you run the risk of spreading the bacteria and developing more or causing an infection. All you have to do is find a local spa that offers this service.
